By joining now, you, the undersigned, do hereby apply to become a Private Member of NB BEAUTIFUL AESTHETICS & BEAUTY, a lawfully established Private Members Association.

I affirm that:

I am a living man or woman, acting in my private capacity.

I am joining this PMA voluntarily and under private contract.

I understand that all services offered are private member-to-member and not open to the public.

I acknowledge that the PMA operates under the Principles of Natural Law, Divine Law, and Common Law, and does not consent to the jurisdiction of statutory public regulation within this private context.

I agree not to share, publish, or disclose any internal information, services, or materials from the PMA with non-members or public authorities without express permission.

I understand membership is free and no subscription costs are required. You may ask to end your membership at any time.

Membership does not guarantee that a particular treatment is suitable for you or will be provided. Any treatment requires its own consultation, suitability assessment and informed consent.

By signing or affirming this agreement, I accept the terms of private membership and the lawful governance of the PMA.
